FPO carried out an assessment of the eligibility of Aruba for budget support from the 10th EDF. The assessment covered the macro-fiscal situation of Aruba, the quality of the Public Finance Management systems on the basis of PEFA framework and the progress in PFM reform strategy. The report recommended indicators and targets for PFM-monitoring to be included in the formulation of the sector budget support program.
