FPO delivered key expertise to establish a planning and expenditure review unit within the Ministry of Finance with an initial focus on the health and education sector. The unit is to ensure an integrated planning and reporting process ensuring that donor support in the ministries of Health and Education is aligned with government’s annual and mid-term budgets.
