In the first phase, the project assessed the performance of the Department of the Auditor General (AUGD) of Jamaica against the International Standards for Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAIs) based on the SAI-PMF (Supreme Audit Institution – Performance Measurement Framework) methodology. In the second phase, the project advised on the Strategic Development Plan to address the observed weaknesses.
