In the first phase, the project assessed the performance of the Rekenkamer van Suriname against the International Standards for Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAIs) based on the SAI-PMF (Supreme Audit Institution – Performance Measurement Framework) methodology. In the second phase, the project advised on the Strategic Development Plan to address the observed weaknesses.
