FPO has provided key expertise for the annual assessment on public administration to inform the EU’s progress report on Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) as an EU accession country. The assessment focused on two OECD/SIGMA principles on budget preparation and covered the BiH state government and the three BiH entities.
