FPO World provided the Team Leader to carry out the an assessment of the Public Finance Management system of Suriname based on the 2016 PEFA methodology. The assessment includes 31 indicators including budget reliability, transparency, asset and liability management, fiscal strategy and budget preparation, budget execution, accounting & reporting and external scrutiny & audit.
